I followed this sometime during the immigration reform talks, but I have to admit--once the deals were done, I didn't follow it anymore. I let it fall by the wayside (this happens more frequently than I'd like to admit), but now I am shocked at how the "fence" project has unfolded and am, admittedly, more than a little sympathetic to those in the "limbo" zone.
