Okay, so we aren't quite to the balloons, streams and confetti portion of the event yet.
I still have to get that home inspection and, while the home is only seven years old, you never know what may be lurking under those freshly painted walls.
Financing is already in the works (the only issue with this will be getting the lowest interest and closing costs, so no biggie) and hopefully we'll still be on track with a pre-birthday August closing date. :)
I'm doing a little happy dance in my head already...just not on paper.
