Dream Home Update

Another look at our dream home, and I'm certain I need to move on it. My agent is working the deal for me, and hopefully I'll know (at least) whether or not I can get it now or if I'll have to go the (drawn out) process of a short sale by weekend's end. It's a beautiful home and has *everything* I was looking for. So...cross your fingers for us. This would mean a lot! :)
